Trail2Hire is an online hiring platform conceived based on a multi-dimensional view of the hiring function.
The originators of Trail2Hire have considerable experience as a candidate (someone seeking a job), as a company (hiring manager roles) and some limited exposure as an intermediary (recruitment consultant who enables the hiring function). The collective experience in the above roles has been exploited and embedded in the platform.
In any industry, for any type of role, the ‘decision-to-hire’ occurs only when a hiring manager ‘connects’ with the candidate.
Time spent with people not directly associated with the job function will only:
